We’re about 300 yards from an uncrowded beach, so you can take a morning stroll and head back later for the afternoon or maybe a sunset. Less than 5 minutes from the bustling Pismo Beach, but a quieter family setting. Lagoons, nature trails, a city park and other amenities are all in walking distance, as are two restaurants on the nearby Pacific Coast Highway, plus several casual eateries at the beach. And if you’re into the Dunes, we’re the official gateway.
Our 56 modern condos are privately owned and individually decorated; no cookie cutter hotel rooms here! King suites have 562 SF with a full kitchen, living room with sleeper sofa and a large bedroom with king size beds, so you can spread out and relax in style. Smaller studios eliminate the kitchen and separate living room but still have 266 SF and mini fridges. And with 8 sets of adjoining rooms (king suite plus studio), we can accommodate almost anyone, all at a much lower price than staying in Pismo!
