The entrance to the condo is on the second floor but is all one level. The open floor plan and contemporary décor make the space light and bright. Just inside the entry, the kitchen is efficient and has a breakfast bar with seating at the counter. Nearby, the dining table has seating for four. Beautifully decorated, the living area has a couch, side chair and coffee table, as well as a gas fireplace for cooler weather. An armoire conceals the TV.
BED & BATH
The stylish master suite has a king bed, TV and an adjoining bathroom with double vanity. The walk-in shower has a built-in bench seat. With a view of the courtyard, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and has a nearby bath with a tub/shower combo and the washer/dryer.

It’s well suited for an executive and renting on a monthly basis, (31 minimum night stay is required, we are unable to make exceptions) and is located within a five-minute drive of Fashion Island, Corona del Mar, Balboa Island and the University of California, Irvine. This property is situated 2 miles from the entrance of the 73 Freeway which easily connects to the 55, 405, and 5 Freeways.
