The pool and spa are surrounded by luxury lounge chairs and umbrellas, a gas firepit lounge, al fresco dining for 4 and BBQ. The front courtyard has another outdoor living space with a firepit lounge. Walled and gated for privacy on a third of an acre - it's an extraordinary home, spectacularly close to the mountains.
You'll hardly know you've stepped inside the open concept interior, with its vaulted ceilings and moveable walls of glass. The living, dining and kitchen all look out to the pool and mountains. The chef's kitchen has high end appliances, a large center island with seating for 6, and is fully stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. Seating for 5 at the kitchen table. Wet bar with sink and wine fridge. The great room has a wonderfully designed seating area with a showpiece piano. The Versace inspired dining room with seating for 12 is something to write home about.
Each of the bedrooms is immaculately styled. The Primary Suite has a King bed, flatscreen TV, mountain views and direct pool access. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and beautiful soaking tub. Suite 2 has a King bed, TV, private doors to the pool and en suite bathroom with shower. Suite 3 has a Queen bed, private doors to the side yard and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has a Double bed. There is an additional half bath in the hall.
