Explore Carmel Valley Village located thirty mins from the cottage, relax at the beach one hour away, or use it as a base to discover the strikingly rugged Big Sur area, under two hours away.
Whether it’s a romantic getaway, a few days of individual solitude, or an exciting new family adventure, our homely cottage can accommodate up to four guests with its main bedroom and a separate queen-sized pull-out couch. Cook at your leisure in the fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern conveniences, and take in the hillside views while relaxing on the deck under a starlit sky.
You needn’t worry about chilly winter nights here; an indoor pellet stove is at your disposal offering a cozy vibe, or why not brave the brisk outdoors with a dip in the newly installed private hot tub?
Sheltered in complete privacy and tranquility, the only other guests that may pop by are the local deer, boar, turkey, and maybe even some big cats!
As husband and wife host team, our own family home is also separately located on the property, meaning we’re just a stone’s throw away should you need any assistance, and we’re only too happy to offer suggestions on things to do in Carmel Valley.

Your adventure begins on the narrow, winding road towards the cottage, with a crossing through Cachagua Creek, which is usually in full flow in the Spring.
The keys will be waiting for you in the cottage door lock, and we try to greet you upon your arrival to make sure you have everything you need, before leaving you to bask in the serenity of your surroundings.
