Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The cottage kitchen was well equipped. The main bedroom was comfortable and had everything one needs for a short stay. There were plenty of leaflets on things to do. The biscuits and chocolate and note from owners was a nice touch. The shower was easy to use and plenty of warm water.

Negative: The location was not as quiet as hoped. There were dogs barking next door and the tiny outside area only had two chairs. . The parking was very limited on site. My elderly mother could not cope with the walk uphill to where we could park. The second bedroom was tiny and not enough space for clothing and knick-knacks. The hook that shut the door from the inside of the shower room from the second bedroom did not work. So my mother opened it while I was on the toilet. We had to shout we were in there each time to stop her walking in on myself or my husband. There was only 2 comfy chairs in the lounge and with the dining table. The property is ideal for 2 people, or perhaps a family with a child.
