Our home sits on 22 acres overlooking a lush valley and winery below. Angels Camp is minutes away. Downtown Murphy's is full of quaint shops and wineries - 20 min drive up hwy 4. San Andreas, Sonora and Columbia and New Melones all within 30 mins. Enjoy the snow at Bear Valley or Snowmobiling - 1 hour and 15 minutes - weather permitting.
Or if you are looking to just relax, enjoy the wrap around porch watching the sunset, walking the property enjoying the wildlife and enjoying the quiet.
