Parking in a quiet neighborhood, apartment refrigerator, Linens supplied. Wifi/tv, space heater, a/c is brand new, good naturally lighting, back deck is serene. Private yet close to town. Gym/restaurants/coffee shops/hospital are 7-10 mins away, great hikes and bike trails very close by, Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay, Whiskeytown Lake, an hour away from snow activities.
Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.Trash trucks can be heard twice on Friday mornings (6 am-12 noon). Yard & pool maintenance on Thursdays
