Our "Cozi Beach House" is in an incredible location, completely remodeled, and has so much to offer!
We're only a 5-minute walk to the beach approach (just across the street), 3-minute walk to Sunset Park for beautiful sunsets (and great fishing) located on the inter-coastal waterway, 5-minute walk to McElroy Park, which offers pickle-ball courts, a playground, basketball courts, and 2 dog parks. 7-minute walk to the grocery store (Publix) or Walgreens. Only 1 mile south, there are cafes (including Starbucks), restaurants on the water, a brewery, an ice cream shop, and more.
**Watch the sunrise at the beach AND the sunset on the river. Both within a 5-minute walk, and both are beautiful!
Ample outdoor yard space and furniture, a unique outdoor shower, 3 queen bedrooms, a bunk room/kids hangout room with a big screen TV, PS2, Wii, books, and games to keep the kids busy.
