Within walking distance to BSU, the greenbelt, St. Luke’s hospital, supermarkets, and many others. The beautiful neighborhood is safe and inviting, designed for walkability.

Enter the first floor through the covered front door or single car garage. Off the entry hallway you will find the first bedroom and full bathroom and entrance to the private, fenced-in patio. Take the stairs up to the main floor where you’ll find the open layout floor plan with the living room, kitchen, and desk area. The second bedroom with spacious balcony, full bathroom, and laundry are found off the upstairs hallway.

Two spacious bedrooms are beautifully decorated and offer full-length mirrors, new furnishings, and plush bedding featuring DreamCloud mattresses and Fabdreams organic cotton sheets for your ultimate comfort.
The first floor bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen smart-TV, and adjacent bathroom with a tub-shower combination. The second floor bedroom features a queen bed and adjacent bathroom with a step-in, double-head shower! Each bath is stocked with fresh towels and Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

Experience nostalgia with this eclectic space! The 1990’s architecture and mid-century modern design welcome you when you walk into the open-concept living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and comes with ample storage! Stainless steel cookware and a gas stove will invite you to enjoy cooking during your stay. You’ll also find a drip coffee machine, French press, and pour over so you can enjoy fresh coffee every morning! The charming kitchen table is definitely a throw back with comfortable seating for four.
Relax in the cool comfort of the living room on the sectional sofa where you can enjoy the fire, a good book or a movie. The 60 inch smart TV and fast wifi give you access to your favorite streaming platforms. A desk space is set up in the common area as well, where you will also find the combination record player/Bluetooth speaker.

From the bedroom on the second floor, step out onto the balcony in the morning and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in a comfy chair. This is a peaceful place under a canopy of beautiful trees--you might see deer wandering through!

Your safety matters. This property has a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house, this will be on at all times but don’t worry, it does not look into interior spaces.
A quick turn onto Warm Springs and one mile from downtown, you will be 15 minutes from ANYWHERE in Boise. If you're looking for convenient traveling Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.
