Cute downtown cottage in the historic district of Woodland. This 2-bedroom one bath is all newly updated and remodeled with a lot of love and creativity. The home is within walking distance of downtown restaurants, brewery, and coffee shops. The house itself has lots of windows with lovely natural light perfect if you are a house plant lover. The kitchen features beautiful Mexican Talavera's tiles as backsplash on teak butcherblock countertops. It also has a new large gas stove and fridge with filtered water. The large bedroom available is towards the back of the house and has plenty of space for a clothes and storage. In addition, there is a small office space in the corner nook of the bedroom, and the second bedroom faces toward north, and has lots of natural light coming in. There is a laundry room with sink and a basement for extra storage if needed. The front entrance has a cute little porch for sipping on morning coffee and evening wine. The street is a lovely quiet street with little traffic. Great if you have a cat that is indoor/outdoor. Both the front and the backyard are also enclosed should you have a dog too.
