Central location near to shops i.e cost cutter chip shop and launderette and close to RJs entertainment venue the hire centre and Chinese also a short walkaway to the swimming pool eateries, the Tavern and the market.
We have side veranda with a ramp for easy access to caravan (caravan is not adapted for disabled) plus enclosed garden with seating and deck chairs and rotary washing line (pegs provided).
Parking bay for two vehicles in front of caravan from end of fence to end of static caravan.
No commercial vehicles or vans allowed or sign written as per Holiday Resort Unity liciencing rules

Key release from 4.00pm from reception and 10.00am keys to be returned to reception on departure. (early check in available at an additional cost)
Passes are no longer compulsory and can be purchased as and when needed from reception. If you wanted passes for the duration of your stay and for all guests we can pre order on your behalf passes start from 9.00 per adult per day child 5 to 17yrs 6.00 4 years and under go free low season. These need to be purchased 28 days or less before your holiday commences. Quilts & pillows are provided only. Guests can bring their own linen. please make sure to bring sufficient bed linen for your needs.
Optional bedding for a additional cost of 12.00 per bed to be made up on arrival or 7.00 per bed to be made up by yourself on arrival.
Holiday Resort Unity do offer free Wi-Fi in various locations throughout the park mainly at entertainment venues ie RJs and the Tavern.
Wi-Fi is available in the caravan free of charge.
High chair and travel cot to be requested prior to arrival as we do not keep in our rentals.
No same sex groups (more than 3 is classed as a group. Unfortunately Park rules & no stag or hen parties. Age restriction 21 plus
Once you have confirmed your booking you need to contact host with your email address,so our terms and conditions welcome letter and booking form can be sent to you. The booking form needs to be returned. If not we cannot issue you with an official Holiday Resort Unity booking reference without the information and keys will not be released
