The kitchen has a family size fridge, freezer, inducted electric hob, an oven, kettle, microwave, washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
The cottage is a perfect place to relax indoors/outdoors and offers a television and internet access.
This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4/5 persons. The rooms are decorated with light calming decor for a very relaxing ambience.
In the large Master bedroom, you will find a king size bed, side tables with lamps, comfy chair/Single sofa bed, wardrobe, desk/dressing table and a mirror.
The second bedroom is smaller with a double bed, dresser and mirror.
There is 1 large bathroom with a toilet, sink, LED mirror and a walk-in large shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 11am. Message me if you need flexibility.
- Smoking is not allowed indoors but welcome to smoke outdoors.
- There is free parking on premises.
- Pets are not allowed at the property due to guests allergies.
-strictly no parties or loud music in consideration of the quiet neighbourhood.
- A cleaning fee of £30 need to be given to host on arrival.
- A starter pack will be provided on request for a nominal fee of £12.
- An optional linen and towel change can be provided, for longer stays for an additional charge of £30.
- Please note a security deposit of £150 will be required 1 week before arrival.
