The Cottage is a very unique property and was originally built in 1925. It has been completely custom remodeled and is a one of a kind home. The Cottage is located in a quiet, cozy area of Thousand Oaks with it's own private, fenced yard and a front porch under a shady tree for lounging. The cottage is equipped with a Palliser Cloud-Z sofa bed. These are advertised as the most comfortable sofa bed ever made and contains no springs, a memory foam mattress and do not disappoint! Most of the amenities in the Cottage are newly purchased. So step back in time and join us for an experience you'll both enjoy and remember! We also have a second unit on the property called the Retreat. So if your dates are not available or you are traveling with others that need accommodation, please check at the Retreat.
In addition, due to the pandemic crisis we have established a new cleaning procedure. Every surface that can be touched by a guest will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly after every guests stay. We will also be allowing 24 hours between each guests stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaning crews. And we always have a non interactive checkin and check out and are following all the required protocols for our guests safety.
