Enjoy a nice stay at our quaint cozy cottage in the heart of Seguin. This around 1,000 sqft stucco Casita style home with a cottagey feel. The cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably with a back porch and fire pit for small gatherings. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES AT THE COTTAGE!!! Everything you need IS with in reasonable walking distance or a short drive. Go see the lights in the downtown square or enjoy a drink at the multiple downtown bars and only a short drive to starcke park to see the river! We are about 20 minutes to the Comal and Guadalupe rivers in New Braunfels, and about 30 minutes to the San Marcos River in San Marcos. Beautiful Wimberly that has the Blanco river is only about a 50 minute driveWe are 40 minutes to San Antonio and about an hour to Austin. A very desired central location if you like to be out of the city with a country feel yet still close enough to it all. **This home does not have a television. It does have wifi for phones and laptops.
