This upper level home boasts two spacious bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom, lots of closet space, TVs, gas fireplace, and balconies from each room. The open floor plan condo has gorgeous mountain views filled with charm and amenities. It is a true hidden gem, a quiet place that has the feel of your own private retreat offering 1440 sq ft … a relaxing escape. The owner has done a fantastic job of comfortably furnishing and decorating this home, creating a living space with charm that is rare to find in a vacation home.
Immediately upon entering the condo, your eyes will be drawn to the stunning mountain views seen through the sliding glass windows. This feature, along with the vaulted beamed ceilings and the warmly inviting great room, are just a couple of the focal points. Enjoy the west facing balcony with its dramatic sunset views overlooking the quiet pool below. This area also offers a dining table for four and kitchen island bar with two bar stools. Just off this area is yet another balcony with propane BBQ.
The galley kitchen is the perfect size and is very well stocked with cooking essentials, tableware, and everything you need to prepare meals for family or entertain guests. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room with washer / dryer and pantry offering additional storage space.
The two bedrooms could be considered two master suites with their adjoining bathrooms. With each bedroom located on opposite ends of the condo it provides perfect separation and privacy. The true master suite has been furnished with a king size bed, cable TV, private balcony and en-suite with walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom, or smaller master, has been furnished with a queen size bed, cable TV and has direct access to a bathroom and walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway and acts as the guest powder room. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads to another balcony patio.
