This well kept 4,500 sq ft, 5 bedroom, 3 & a half bath home was custom built by the owners 15 years ago. In 2013, it was featured in the Altadena Home Tour. It sits on the most sought after street in Altadena! Boulder Road is a safe, quite, upscale street just blocks from the picturesque mountains of the Angeles National Forest and just 3 miles from the famous Rose Bowl.
The front two story rotunda opens into the large formal living room (with working fireplace). The first level also consists of a large bedroom and full bath (with separate shower and whirlpool tub), a large gourmet kitchen, half bathroom, and large laundry room (with two washers and dryers). The second rotunda has a spiral stair case which leads to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find a 900 sq ft master suite with two sets of french doors that open to separate balconies overlooking the backyard. Additionally, the second floor has three bedrooms, a full bathroom with separate shower and claw bathtub.

The home has an excellent layout for small intimate family gatherings. Please let us know prior to making a reservation, so we can approve any small gatherings other than the registered guests, as we do charge extra cleaning based on the size and nature. Please note, out of respect to the neighbors, we do not allow events or parties, except for very small intimate family gatherings. We have security cameras located in the front of the home for added protection.
Please let us know if you are interested in have an animal therapy session during your stay. We are involved with a nonprofit organization called the Little Zoo. We can provide discounts to our guests.
