Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The accommodation exceeded my expectations, especially after seeing negative reviews online suggesting the place didn’t exist, which was not the case at all. It does exist and access was straightforward. I received my access pin promptly after requesting it, and customer service was satisfactory. The heater took a little while to warm up, but once it did, it worked very well and the room became quite warm. The shower worked well with consistent hot water. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed was a nice addition and worked well for two children. The location is excellent, very central, right next to the train station, with shops nearby.

Negative: The toilet had an unpleasant smell, which could likely be improved with better ventilation or air freshener. The walls are a bit thin, so noise can be heard. There were no mugs in my room, which would have been useful, and parking is street parking only rather than private. Overall, despite these minor issues, I had a good stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation.
