DANA LIGHT is just minutes away from the beach, the Dana Point Harbor, shops and restaurants in the sleepy little beach side community of Dana Point. This beautifully furnished OCEAN VIEW, 3 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom, attached single family style townhome is perfectly situated up and away from it all in a quiet little suburban gated neighborhood called ‘Dana Light’.
DANA LIGHT sleeps 6 comfortably in beds and is spacious enough to host two couples, a single or multiple family groups. It’s a VERY AFFORDABLE retreat and vacation hideaway from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. DANA LIGHT also offers a detached 2 CAR GARAGE with additional off street parking on the driveway. There is a full size washer and dryer are located in the garage. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards provided for your use.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE IS DOWNSTAIRS! There is also a half guest bathroom downstairs near the entry. The master bedroom suite has a Cal King bed, flat screen TV & separate dressing area with mirrored closets. The master bathroom features dual vanities with a walk in shower with private courtyard atrium.
The other 2 bedrooms and entertainment loft are upstairs. One of the bedrooms and entertainment loft have OCEAN VIEWS and the bedroom with the OCEAN VIEW has a private balcony! Each bedroom features a queen size bed with a flat screen TV’s and ample closet space.
The shared bathroom features a tub / shower combination, glass doors, single vanity, and granite countertops.
KITCHEN & DINING: This fully outfitted gourmet kitchen shows higher end wood cabinets with under cabinet lighting, tile backsplashes, newer appliances, and gourmet island. This bright and airy space opens both into the dining area and into the front courtyard – perfect for entertaining during the summer. There are two dining / gaming tables perfect for entertaining your friends and family during your stay.
FAMILY ROOM: This spacious open floor plan features comfortable couches, ottomans, a fireplace, coffee table, dining and game tables, and a large Flat Screen TV. Wi Fi is also included and a telephone for local calls only.
OUTDOORS: The front yard is fully gated courtyard style open space with front door and kitchen access – perfect for letting the children play while being safe from any vehicular traffic. The back and side yards connect with the front courtyard and offer comfortably sized patio table and chairs with shade umbrella and a gas barbecue. The common area landscaping is maintained by a gardener who comes by once a week.
MANAGEMENT: Very clean and professionally managed. Vacation Concierge is available 24/7 for any questions, issues or concerns that come up during your stay.

LOCATION: Dana Point is a city located in southern Orange County, California. It has one of the few harbors along the Orange County coast, and with ready access via State Route 1 (the famous Pacific Coast Highway or PCH). Dana Point and surrounding communities of Laguna Beach and San Clemente are popular local destinations for surfing.
ATTRACTIONS: DANA LIGHT is just up the road from the O.C. Dana Point Harbor and downtown Dana Point. Located towards the northern section of Dana Point, it is just a short 15 minute drive into the beautiful and 'artsy' seaside town of Laguna Beach. It’s also convenient and within a short 15 minute drive (or a 30 minute bike ride for the more adventurous types) from the historic San Juan Capistrano where the Mission San Juan Capistrano and the quaint Los Rios District is surrounded with charming antique shops, restaurants, and art galleries. There’s even a petting zoo for the smaller members in your family!
The city was named after the headland of Dana Point, which was in turn named after Richard Henry Dana, Jr., author of ‘Two Years Before the Mast’, which included a description of the area. Dana described the locale, including neighboring San Juan Capistrano, as "the only romantic spot on the coast". Although Dana described the anchorage as poor, it is now a developed harbor and contains a replica of his ship, the Pilgrim. The Pilgrim is used as a classroom by the Ocean Institute, which is located at the harbor.
