Bring the whole family to enjoy quality time at the beach. Our 3 bedroom townhome in the gated Del Mar Beach Club community offers comfortable living spaces with 3 bedrooms including a primary suite with its own bathroom and balcony. The two guest rooms feature one with a queen bed and the second with 2 twin beds. Downstairs includes a spacious living room with flatscreen TV and is connected to the world of streaming options. Eat in during your stay enjoying the kitchen and all the cookware and tools you can ask for, or grill outside on the patio. The dining room seats up to 8.
The community offers 4 pools, 2 spas, an ocean view lounge, and 2 tennis courts. Better than that, there is direct beach access to a lifeguarded white sand beach with great surf for those looking to catch a few waves while on vacation. If you come to Del Mar for the races, this vacation home is walking distance to the track.
Solana Beach and Del Mar offers the best of San Diego with easy access to the top attractions including the World Famous San Diego Zoo, Legoland, Safari Park, Petco Park, Deep Sea Fishing, Del Mar Racetrack, Torrey Pines Golf Course (Host of the US Open), Torrey Pines State Park, and even day trips to Mexico. The train station is located nearby for those wanting to leave the car at home. Our beach house is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and of course the best attraction of all - the beach.
The house was recently renovated with new carpets, fresh paint throughout, new lighting, and new furniture (including new beds). We are experienced hosts with over 10 years of vacation rental experience and would love to welcome you to our newest beach home. Discounts are given for stays 30 days or longer. Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, internet/wifi (1000mb/1000mb), BBQ, Beach Towels, Boogie Boards, Beach Chairs, and Beach Umbrellas. We have a washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom for those that need to do laundry during their stay. Families, we have a pack n' play for the little guests as well as board games for nights in. For the warmest summer nights, we just added a portable air conditioner for one of the bedrooms, but fans typically suffice to keep things comfortable.

Q: Can we bring our dog? A: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Q: Do you have beach equipment? A: We have beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and sand toys for the kids.
Q: Does the house have stairs? A: Yes. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Q: How far is the beach? A: The beach is a short walk across the street and through the west side of Del Mar Beach Club to the private stairs to a lifeguarded white sand beach.
Q: Parking? A: There are two parking spaces in the underground gated garage.
Q: Do you offer discounts for long term rentals? A: Yes, depending on the length of your stay, we offer monthly and quarterly discounts beginning at 10% off the regular rate. In addition, stays longer than 30 nights do not pay the hotel tax of 13%. Contact us for a custom quote.
Q: What appliances/amenities do you stock in your kitchen? The kitchen has a full size electric stove/oven, dishwasher (nice and quiet), and of course a refrigerator. We also have a coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, coffee grinder, and a blender.
