Use of the hot tub is not permitted after 10pm.
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
Up to 2 pets welcome @ £30.00 per dog, some large breeds are not permitted, please ask prior to booking
This cosy bungalow is located in a wonderful rural spot in Backbarrow at the foot of lake Windermere. The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family to explore the southern lake district, Riverside cottage is a lovely contemporary space with a delightful garden area.
There is a hot tub in the garden for guests exclusive use, a bbq (during summer months) and patio area.
Our guests also have use of the local health and fitness club (Cascades) a short stroll from the property, offering indoor heated pool, sauna, jacuzzi and gymnasium. Treatments are available fora fee, please enquire at Cascades for more information.
The modern lounge has a wood burning stove and large screen smart TV, we do not provide fuel for the fire.
The spacious dining kitchen is well equipped and open plan to the dining area with 6 seat dining table, making this a lovely social space to enjoy with family.
As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
