Entire clean, 2 bedroom house. 4 guest MAX. 2 Queen Beds, Smart TV, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dining set & work space. Full Bathroom with tub and shower. One parking space in driveway and street parking available and lots of other transportation. Wifi access.
I would love to have you as my guest. However, I do require that you clean, take care of my place and my things. I also ask that you inform your friends and family to do so as well. If you agree to stay at my place I expect the following and you agree to:
1. Absolutely NO Smoking on the premises at all PERIOD. If I smell smoke in the house I will charge you up to $200 fee.
2. Please pull back the comforters on the bed before sitting on the bed.
3. Just to reiterate, there is 4 Guests Max at all times, no cleaning fee so please make sure the place is left exactly how you found it. I don't charge a cleaning fee trying to be considerate of my guest not having to pay extra fees.
3. If you use the dishes WASH & DRY them and put them back in the cabinet. If you make a mess please use the towels in the broom closet to clean with. Please DO NOT use my good white tiles, those are only to dry off with after you shower.
4. There are towels underneath the sink in the kitchen sink to wipe the toilet and the floor just in case you need to.
5. No loud noise please be considerate of the neighbors.
