The backyard is gorgeous with outdoor seating on the deck or along the bluff overlooking the Eel River and the beautiful landscaping, with a lemon tree, fig tree, as well as blueberry bushes makes you feel right at home.
Stay at Grayland Getaway and enjoy all the coast has to offer. Downtown Rio Dell is a short .7 mile walk and there you'll find plenty of dining options. Scotia Fishery is located one mile south and is the perfect place if you'd like to spend a fun-filled afternoon with the largest freshwater fishery in the north coast. Five miles north, Fortuna has an extensive selection of dining. Even more to see with just a quick drive, Rio Dell is 17 miles south of the Victorian Village of Ferndale and for those nature enthusiasts, you are a mere 20 miles from the Humboldt Bay National Wildlife Refuge. Lastly, you will find the gorgeous beaches in Trinidad, Six Rivers National Forest, hiking trails, biking trails and for a longer jaunt, you are 80 miles from the Redwood National Park and Fern Canyon.
