A long driveway on our 5 acre wooded property leads to a cozy 1400 square foot/1.5 bathroom house. Spend the day watching birds, deer, turkey, and other wildlife and enjoy relaxing evenings around a fire on the patio. Pets are welcome, but keep in mind, we have free range chickens. We are just outside of Berlin, with a 20 minute drive to EAA and Highway 41 access. We do not have wifi or cable TV. We have several TVs with streaming capability. 1 King size bed, 2 full size beds, and a futon are in the bedrooms. The living room has a couch and large recliner. There is a grill & fireplace on the patio. We will supply the charcoal and firewood.
We also have an icehouse (sleeps 5) with electricity and propane that we can hookup in the driveway for an additional 200/night. It has a/c, a smart TV, stereo w/Bluetooth, and an awning. (Pics upon request).
