This Home was inspired with the concept of creating memories that will last a lifetime. A place you will return to year after year because of the love and attention that was put into the home. We preserved the mountain charm throughout the home while providing a unique experience with the decor to ensure you feel you are not in your average cabin.
This beautiful home is perfect for families and group gatherings. The kids LOVE sharing the spacious bunk bed room while the adults have (3) other rooms to choose from and when having a big group gathering everyone can comfortably have their own bed as this home has 10 beds.
It's only a 15 minute drive from The Village (downtown) and Snow Summit Ski Resort. Best part is that you can ditch driving your entire stay as the Free Big Bear Trolley pick up and drop off is only a 2 minute walk from the front door and it takes you almost anywhere you would want to visit.

LIVING ROOM
The entire living room is centered around a beautiful natural rock wood fireplace. There is a cozy comfortable L-shaped couch, a velvet love seat and two leather armchairs that are all facing each other for easy conversation around the fireplace. A 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix + all the apps of your choice, a sound bar connected to enhance your movie experience. We supply you with fire starters to get your fire started but you will need to bring your own wood and lighter. Cozy blankets are in the storage ottoman.
BEDROOM #1: MASTER BEDROOM (UPSTAIRS)
A master high ceiling bedroom includes three (3) bunk beds with one-of-kind luxury memory foam mattresses that will make it very hard to leave the bed in the morning! It also includes a ceiling fan, luggage racks, a charger block for your devices, and (2) closet spaces. A vanity with two (2) chairs, a large mirror, (2) blow dryers and a power strip to connect all your devices.
There is a spacious patio connected to the room that has a 4-person outdoor bar table where you can enjoy a hot drink while overlooking the top of the mountain and beautiful nature around you.
BEDROOM #2: KING BED (UPSTAIRS)

All 3 bedrooms have a luxury memory foam bed, Smart TVs, luggage racks, closet space, coat hangers, 100% non toxic cotton sheets, unique pieces of wood as side tables, and night lights with two USB ports to charge your devices or charger blocks.
RESTROOMS
There is one restroom downstairs and the other upstairs. Both are fully stocked with enough bath towels, and hand towels. We include make-up remover towels, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls, Q-tips, and body wash in each restroom.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is FULL LOADED for cooking a full Thanksgiving Dinner and
has a Coffee Bar fully stocked to start your morning right!
GAME ROOM (GARAGE)
The room where you will create lots of fun memories with your family and friends. You’ve got a great pool table, couches to lounge, round table to card games and classic board games to enjoy!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
NO PARTIES! We have amazing neighbors and they will need to be respected.
The early check in and late check out times are valid until October 15th, 2023 after this time frame we will go back to normal times: Check-in at 4 PM and Check-out at 10 AM.
If it is snowing, you will need chains or a 4x4 for all of Big Bear. We provide a shovel for your use. There are no refunds or discounts for not being prepared for the snow and/or any acts of nature.
This home does not have AC as we are in a cooler mountain climate. Most homes in Big Bear don’t have AC. We do provide portable fans for those occasional warmer summer days and have installed ceiling fans in most rooms. It's recommend that you open all windows to bring in the cool mountain breeze.
Guest access
Guest has access to all areas except the shed that is located outside of the main home and one closet in the downstairs bedroom of the home.
Other things to note
We have outdoor security cameras but they do not face any private areas. They are solely there to look after the property when it is vacant.
