Summary: We're rather disappointed on arrival as the pool was closed as was the restaurant. But were able to walk into town and get meal. Breakfast was excellent and the room comfortable. Most importantly the staff were superb and very helpful. We had a fire alarm on the first night and they responded superbly. Calm and organised and so reassuring. Liaised with fire brigade and the police so that all was calm. The fire was a bin set alight with a cigarette stub. The hotel is about to close for renovations and should be good when done. Well sited and a good centre for the whole area with easy parking a good grounds.
