A low-wind area, the extremely walkable neighborhood enjoys privacy, close proximity to restaurants, world-class golf, shopping and hiking trails. The location is just a short 1.5 miles south of the old downtown Palm Springs village.
This separate apartment is carefully integrated into the overall property footprint and features a large front window with down mountain views and an electric blind. The granite-topped kitchen now has new stainless appliances including a stove and oven, large microwave and a French door refrigerator. Outdoors, the unit has its own seating area and grill with views of the historic fountain area. The unit also has its own washer and dryer (no sharing!) and all bills are paid throughout your multi-month stay. A fee of $150 per stay for cleaning El Portal 120's pool and spa enjoy abundant sunshine throughout the day coupled with smountain views and 10-foot hedges completely surrounding the spaces!
