The house is laid out over three floors. On the ground floor you will find a gorgeous double reception room with lots of comfortable sofas and bookshelves; the perfect place to watch TV or catch up on your reading. Also on this floor is the stylish and modern kitchen with a dining area. This creates a real family atmosphere as you can all be in the same place when cooking or preparing meals. The benches ensure there is ample seating and makes for a cozy environment at mealtimes. The kitchen leads out onto the walled garden which is a great place for kids to run around on the grass, to dine alfresco or just relax on the wooden bench if you're lucky enough to have good weather! There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, two king, two double, as well as one double sofa bed, meaning that this house can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. Each bed has fresh linens and fluffy pillows to ensure a good night's sleep!Upstairs you will also find two bathrooms. The larger of the two has both a tub and a shower, and the second has a large bath meaning there doesn't have to be a fight in the mornings! The train to Gatwick Airport also stops here and takes about 25 minutes, very convenient. Clapham Common is the closet tube station, also about a 10 minute bus ride or an 18 min walk. It is on the Northern line, meaning you can be in Leicester Square in just 16 minutes, and with easy access to North London stations such as Camden Town. Clapham is a great area to walk around and explore on foot. The Santander bikes are also a great way to get around and there are plenty of buses from Clapham Junction going to Peckham, Sloane Square, and Tooting, to name a few.
