Stately 2,936 sq ft all-brick colonial with 4 bedrooms & 2.5 baths nestled among its own 2-acre personal forest with a little creek. Formal dining room & living room plus family room. Two fireplaces! Hardwood floors & ceiling fans throughout. Short walk within the neighborhood to Patapsco State Park.
Easy access to BWI, Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, NSA, Ft. Meade, & Routes 99, 29, 95/495, 100, & 40.
We are licensed for monthly rental for up to 8 guests.

RENTAL PERIOD
1. Howard County does not permit stays shorter than 30 nights; Therefore, MONTHLY RENTAL is required!!!!!

PET INFORMATION
1. Dominant breeds are not permitted. All dogs are temperament-tested. Please inquire about your dog.
2. Service Dogs are welcome at no extra cost. Fake service dogs will be reported and their owners prosecuted.
3. Dog must be on leash outside at all times. We have an Invisible Fence available (you would need to bring or purchase your own electronic collar).
4. Dogs older than 6 months must be neutered. Cats older than 2 months must be neutered.
5. Pet Fee is $150.
HOUSEKEEPING, LINENS, & TOWELS
For stays 30 to 44 nights, the house is cleaned mid-stay. For stays greater than 45 nights, the house is cleaned every other week. Housekeeping does not include laundry for linens and sheets (except for the check-out cleaning).
The house is set up with linens and towels for your use. If you do not wish to wash your own linens and towels, you may arrange a linens/towel service with us for an additional fee.
KITCHEN
The house is supplied with ample kitchenwares and the usual large and small appliances.
SUPPLIES
The house set up with a starter package of toilet paper, paper towels, spices/baking supplies, and office supplies.
SNOW & ICE REMOVAL
Guests are responsible for snow and ice removal. Shovels and salt are provided.
