THE SPACE:
This vacation home is a modern 1 story guesthouse with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our beautiful, large front yard is designed with unique landscaping, rock river, succulents, flowers, and avocado tree. The backyard contains a patio with BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, and kids toys. The kitchen has the cookware, pots/pans, utensils, and other equipment for you to make delicious meals during your stay. Entertainment includes 3 large smart TVs, a 10 in 1 game table (foosball, pool, hockey, ping pong, chess, etc), childrenβs darts, Connect 4, Jenga, ring toss, and more.
-Please keep in mind that quiet time is 9pm-8am. NO PARTIES/EVENTS, NO commercial video shoot, NO SMOKING. If we find any evidence of smoking, a fine of $500 will be charged.
-Please put the correct amount of people who will be staying (adults and children/infants) when you book.
-Although thereβs no daily cleaning service, plenty of towels and bedding linens are available in the unit.
-CHECK OUT instructions:
1) Please put all trash bags into brown trash cans on the LEFT side yard before you leave (open the white fence door in the front yard).
2) Please put all used towels in washing machine.
3) Please wash the dishes after use.
4) Make sure to have all your belongings before leaving.
5) Simply lock the door when you check out.
-Trash Day is every Wednesdays, homeowner will take out big trash cans on Tues afternoons.
-Street sweeping is every 1st & 3rd Thursdayβs 10:30am-2:30pm, pls donβt park your cars on the street during that time.
-Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet. Do not put food down the kitchen sink drain.
-Plants in front and backyard will be watered/taken care once/wk or twice/wk during Summer by homeowner.
-Security cameras are located in front yard & backyard ONLY for safety. NO cameras inside the house.
-Guests shall allow homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection.
-Excessive noise, parties, illegal drugs, or illegal firearms are grounds for immediate termination.
GUESTS ACCESS: This property includes 2 units. A 1 story Vrbo guesthouse (4 BR/2Bath) and an upstairs/garage unit (pls see the pictures). The entire guesthouse is for you, the garage/upstairs unit is for host. Entrances for the units are completely separate, and there is no sharing of living space in anyway. The only thing that will be shared is the driveway. 2 parking spots on the LEFT are for YOU, 2 parking spots on the RIGHT are for the HOST. No garage parking.
