Outdoors: The large and private yard, featured in Sunset Magazine, is the perfect place to relax in luxurious comfort with your friends and family. The heated saltwater pool and spa sit at the center of the patio, surrounded by custom resurfaced concrete that provides a non-slip surface and richness to space. The pool features a large tanning shelf with an umbrella for shade and water features including a cascading spillover from the spa. Catch some desert rays on one of the 6 lounge chairs - don't forget the sunscreen.
Outdoors - the Grillmaster - The covered patio has a colorful and inviting sectional sofa with 50 inch HDTV, and a custom outdoor kitchen with BBQ, mini-fridge, sinks, granite countertops, and bar seating for 6 with a second outdoor HDTV. Indoors: The upgrades continue to impress throughout the dreamy, fully-equipped kitchen featuring rich, custom cabinetry, slab granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances including a 6 burner gas range, two microwaves, double ovens, fridge, and dishwasher. Positioned in the center of the kitchen is a dramatic, oversized kitchen island with granite countertops and enough room for everyone to gather around sharing appetizers. The kitchen island has seating for 4 and the kitchen table seats 4. The dining room has a table that seats 10 comfortably, and a built-in wine cellar with separate wine and beer fridges.
The great room is open to the kitchen features a family size sectional sofa, a gas fireplace, 3 large tvs (watch all the games) and a wet bar.
Bedrooms: The spacious master suite features hardwood floors, a King bed with a twin bed and futon (if you need to keep the kids close) in the closet. HDTV and a private door to the pool and spa.
