Welcome to Villa Vida. Behind the dragon etched gates is a dramatic light-filled Contemporary estate on 3.2 private acres. The main home was completely rebuilt in 2016 with soaring beamed ceilings and walls of glass, which bring the outside into every room. This majestic and private estate home is perched on a knoll giving it 360 degree views in the world renowned Napa Valley.
This custom two bedroom, two and a half bath home includes a large loft space on the second floor that opens onto a balcony for stunning panoramic views of the mountains, valley and vineyards. The home features a custom chef's kitchen with island, state of the art appliances, a built-in Miele coffee center. There are also two Valor fireplaces and two N-finity Pro Wine Coolers.
Both master bedroom suites have exceptional views of the neighboring mountains. The first floor master suite bath includes a deep soaking tub and the second floor master suite bath includes a frameless glass shower. Both bathrooms have custom cabinets and exceptional views, as well as Smart Glass technology for privacy.
This smart home has Cat6 wiring, speakers, and control panels through out, security cameras, a hardwired home security alarm system and a Generac generator.
