PARKING:
Each short term rental unit is allowed to reserve one parking spot for guests. An assigned parking spot and coordinating parking permit is to be available to guest for use and must be displayed on the dashboard during the stay. One other registered vehicle is allowed on the premises in an unassigned parking space, but is not guaranteed at all times. Special event parking may be charged by ownership periodically with an official parking permit, but no tenants or guests are allowed to charge for parking as this is a strict violation of the city of Arlington. No parking is permitted on the street. Property Ownership or Management is not responsible for vehicle theft, damage, or towing.
