The home has moving hot water, and a tankless heater which gives unlimited hot water for showers or tubs.
There are French doors from the Living room to the great outdoors in the back yard, with several patios. The very bright kitchen even has French doors that open to the back yard and BBQ.

The gated entry is accessed by electronic key with parking, picnic tables, and outdoor showers. The beach goes on as far as you can see. It is very fine sand and gorgeous. You can walk your dog and even ride a horse on the beach here. The expansive 1.5 acre property enjoys a pool with majestic canary palm tree, gardens, and an ideal location in hope ranch with access to tennis courts and 22 miles of equestrian trails. There are also private tennis courts available for our guests. Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is large, spacious and clean, with over 3500 square feet on 1 plus acres of land, with a sparkling clean pool and cabana.
The gourmet chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a center island with chairs surrounding it.
In view of the kitchen, is a huge family room with 65 inch flat-screen tv for movies, tv, and entertainment.
The kitchen has hot and cold reverse osmosis water, and electronic no-touch faucets. (just wave your hand over the faucet and water flows; wave again and water stops). Granite counter tops and excellent bright lighting for the kitchen.
The large dining room seats eight (8) to ten (10) comfortably and is a great place for family and friends to have meals.
The formal living room has a large gas fired fireplace and seating areas that open to the outdoors toward the pool area.
The master suite has a California king bed, on the ground floor overlooking the pool area and long views of the rolling foothills. It has a sparkling clean Carrera marble bathroom en suite, with separate shower and six foot spa tub with Hydro-jets.
There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a California king bed, and the other a queen sized bed. There are also extra roll out beds to accommodate more persons on request.
The 15' by 40' pool with diving board is a great place to enjoy the California sunshine.
