Summary: Free Internet was a joke. You have to pay for high speed internet, so we used our own data. Staff are friendly, but not at front counter the majority of time. The floor in our room was dirty upon entering with water on the kitchenette floor spreading into the bed area. Maintenance had to come to the room twice to fix the issue. There’s quite a bit that could have been handled differently. This was the second hotel/motel that we’ve stayed at in Springfield that was not up to par.
