Set within a private 27 acre family estate that has two separate & private estate size Cabins. You'll be able to enjoy the Walking Trails; Fire Pit gathering space
as well as a choice of different gathering areas inside and out. The Pool and Spa is private
to these grounds and may be shared by the other Vacation Rental estate located a
short walk away. We will notify you at time of Booking.
Downstairs has #1 Bedroom ( w/King bed ) and #2 Bedroom ( One Queen size Bunk Bed) sharing a Hall, Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower combo; Down the Hall is the Laundry Room w/full size Washer/Dryer, 1/2 Bath , Chef's Kitchen w/Island & Walk-In Pantry ~ equipped to make Morning Coffee & toast OR a complete Family Feast; Light filled Nook w/Table & Chairs for six.
One step down takes you to the vast Family/Dining space with Wall to Ceiling Windows offering Majestic Views!
Formal Dining Area w/Table & Chairs for six making a total of Seating 12 for meals;
Massive Stone Fireplace in spacious Living Room area with seating ( Family sized Sofa has Queen Sofa Sleeper pull out ) allowing for the entire group to gather and watch Smart 86" TV or play games to keep all ages entertained. *No Cable TV ~ Free Hi Speed Internet supports any Apps you wish to install and watch.
Wrap around Deck on both levels allow for multiple sitting areas to barbecue, read, enjoy a glass of wine and take in the "forever Views" -especially at Sunset & Stargazing at Night.
Upstairs has expansive Loft Sitting Area with 2 Queen Sofa Sleepers, 65" Smart TV;
2 Bedrooms open to Loft Area ( #3 & # 4 Bedrooms - both w/King Beds ); Opposite side of Loft Area has Remodeled Full Bathroom w/dual sinks, toilet and large Walk-In Shower;
Walk-In Closet with ( 2 ) extra Queen size Aero/Blow-Up Mattresses complete the space.
This is a Non Smoking property. No Smoking either Inside OR outside is allowed. Any smoking will forfeit Refundable Security Deposit. No Wood logs, candles or open flames allowed. Only one Dura flame fire log at a time can be used in the either the LR Fireplace OR outside fire pit. We ask that you please extinguish all flames when finished.
Lap Pool/Spa is fully fenced. Additional $ 100/night charge to Heat either the Pool or Spa from April through October; Non-Heated Lap Pool & Spa open all year around;
No Diving or Glass Dishes/glasses/bottles allowed. Children should not be allowed without Adult Supervision. *Important = Please Inform Us When Booking between April-October ...
IF you will want Pool or Spa Heated- *IF Pool and/or Spa Heater Not Shut Off after use, there will be additional charges.
We are fur baby friendly...but we do ask that you "pick up" after your pet. Additional fees may occur for dog waste. We limit 2 pets per visit and charge a Non Refundable Pet Fee We ask to be informed of size/breed & age of pets.
This property is located in a more rural part of San Diego. There is possibility
of uninvited wildlife to be present ( ie: birds, raccoons, skunks, snakes, coyotes, etc. ). Please be Watchful & Careful...Do Not allow children Or your pets
to roam unattended. Please keep all doors Closed at all times to make
sure no critters enter the home. Thank you.
We do not allow anymore than 16 overnight Tenants.
