Our house is located in the West side of Palmdale, centrally-located, near restaurants and entertainment, while you can still enjoy quietness and a peaceful stay. The neighborhood is family friendly and in a residential area. Our house welcomes your pet, but they MUST be potty trained. There is a walking distance park. You’ll be about 3 miles from convenient stores (i.e. Markets, retail stores, restaurants, cafes and the mall).
If you are a commuter, the freeway entrance is near by (about 1 mi).
Our home is spacious and cozy and has a large covered patio area for outdoor time. NO SMOKING IS ALLOW IN THE PROPERTY AND NO EVENTS ARE ALLOWED AR THE PROPERTY.
Door entrance has a key pad and you will be provided with garage control for parking. Spacious and cozy and has a large covered patio area for outdoor time.

-AC is controlled remotely and we keep it in the low 70s and we ask our guest to keep all doors and windows closed when AC is on.
-Luna the bunny lives at the property in the front side of the house. Is ok to greet her but we ask our guest not to open her house as she enjoys her privacy as well.
