A step leads you down into the light and stylish living/dining room, where you will see charming character features such as the large Cotswold stone fireplace, have been complimented by contemporary features. Look forward to relaxing in this room in the evening as the open fire crackles away, keeping you warm and toasty on a cold night. The contemporary kitchen is ideal for home cooking and contains all the appliances you require to rustle up a delicious meal for you and your party to enjoy gathered around the glass table. After dinner, enjoy a fun games night with your loved ones from the selection of games on offer as you enjoy a glass of wine! When night falls, make your way up to the first-floor where you will find two lovely bedrooms; the master has a high ceiling and a double bed, and the second bedroom has a lovely exposed Cotswold stone chimney breast, with a 4ft double bed. Treat yourself to an indulgent soak in the bubbles in the bath in the morning, and look forward to a warm towel when you get out, thanks to the heated towel rail! Catch the morning bird songs in the enclosed garden, accessed via the communal passageway, where you can enjoy the sights of a rockery at the far end and mature trees and shrubs at its borders. This tranquil area houses an outdoor table with seating for four, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue, making it a delightful space to relax in the warmer weather. Cyclists will be delighted to know that there is a secure shed in the garden, with space for up to two bicycles.
