With two spacious living rooms, there’s room for everyone to spread out, a perfect mountain escape for families or groups of friends, even your pup!

• Driveway on a slight incline and can fit up to 4 parked cars (a rarity in the mountains).
• Please avoid street parking.

NOISE & NEIGHBORHOOD:
• Have fun, but please keep noise levels down.
• No outdoor speakers.
• Respect quiet hours between 9 PM and 10 AM.
SMOKING:
• Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors) due to high fire risk.
• Any evidence of smoking may result in fines.
• Violations are subject to San Bernardino County fines starting at $1,000, which will be the guest’s responsibility.
SECURITY:
• A Ring doorbell is located at the front door.
• Exterior security cameras face the walkway and driveway.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Winter weather, road conditions, high wind events, power outages, or Edison safety
shutoffs (events outside our control) do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
• Refunds can only be issued according to Airbnb’s cancellation policy—please review your booking for details.
• If your plans change, we’re happy to help you reschedule your stay.
SNOW SEASON REMINDERS:
• Street is county-plowed for easier access.
• Check weather & CalTrans updates before arrival.
• Chains may be required in winter—mountain access can be restricted without them.
