Get ready to spend a beautiful vacation which accomodates 13 guests in this stunning home ready to accommodate all your needs in a stay.
Our home is serene and private, relax at the back yard around the large pool with LED lights, spa and umbrellas, natural rock and a huge outdoor BBQ area with gas grill (It includes a courtesy tank of propane gas if you need more, it is up to you to fill it up). As the sun goes down kickback on the overstuff seating, there is room for everyone with lounge chairs, dinning table for 6 people and cozy up next to the stone fire pit and enjoy your favorite movie on an outdoor 55” wall mounted flat screen connected with WiFi-included. Inside of the home shows off an open concept, dinning room for up to 7 people, comfortable sectional sofa, plenty of seating and a large 65” Smart TV perfect for watching a big game. Fully equipped kitchen features, granite counters, large refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, 4 burner stove with oven, perfect for cooking for a crowd, and basic dinning cooking and serving essentials.
Bedroom Summary:
Master bedroom: includes King bed, 45” Smart TV, walk-in closet and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2 and 3: includes Full bed, closet and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 4: includes Queen bed, individual bed (futon), closet and ceiling fan.
Bedroom 5 (lower level): includes Queen bed and Queen sofa bed.
Other Amenities: Wireless Internet. High- quality linens, bath and pool towels. Fully equipped laundry room with washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, driveway and garage has parking for 4 cars.
Our house adapts to your comforts, no hidden charges that you do not need during your stay, check the season of your reservation, decide which extras suit your needs and create your budget. (We recommended use the extras in fall, winter and maybe spring season).
We need a notice of at least 1 day before to turn on the heater and it stays warm for 24 hours, a 2 night minimum is required last 2 nights of your reservation.
Heat the Pool $100.00 per night
Firepit $65.00 per night.
SPA $65.00 per night.
We disclaim any responsibility for lost or forgotten personal belongings as it is the obligation of each guest to take care of their belongings. The cleaning company will throw away to the trash can everything left in the house.
