We are also only 20 minutes to the Cataloochee Ski Resort and Ranch for great skiing or horseback riding. Whitewater rafting is about 30 minutes away and the grocery store is about 20 minutes. There are quite a few nice restaurants in Waynesville and tons more in Asheville. There are also very nice shops on Main Street. Golfing is abundant with the Waynesville CC, the Maggie Valley CC, and the Laurel Ridge CC within 20 minutes from the house. Venture to Asheville and visit the historical Biltmore Estate all within 35 minutes of the property.
