To be enjoyed entirely by only you and your family and friends. The back patio provides a relaxing space for you to enjoy good food and libations. Or relax on the front patio with a cup of joe or a glass of wine. The kitchen has all recently updated appliances. There is a Nespresso machine and a coffee maker for those that need more than just an espresso. The cozy living room has a 55” television, equipped with cable tv and access to Netflix. There is also a washer and dryer for your use. The house has forced air heat for the winter and AC for the summer.
The covered parking allows for two cars, and another two cars may fit behind them. Plenty of street parking.
The house was previously owned by Napa Valley wine pioneer Joseph Phelps.
This is right downtown Saint Helena, a 1-2 min walk to Main Street, unlike other homes that are still a 15-20 mins walk to Main Street.
