The loft is located on Washington strip that offers restaurants and bars also shopping stores. You’ll be within walking distant of the arch, ballpark village and many more, if you want a true feel of St. Louis this would be the perfect stylish getaway for you
The space
Spacious 2bdrm/ 2 bath loft located in the heart of downtown St. Louis. Lockbox entry and free garage parking. Located on Washington street which offers live music, bars and local eateries. For your convenience there is in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi a grilling deck and a gym.

Other things to note
PARKING: garage parking is available for one vehicle. A garage opener will be located inside the unit once you have checked in. For additional parking, you can park in either the paid public parking lot or street parking using meters or (park Louie app) just please remember to keep all valuables out of sight while your car is parked.
CHECKING IN: You will check in behind the main entrance located on Lucas and 13th street. The numbers on door will say 1209, my lockbox will be located on the gate that says GG which will give you the fob and keys for access. Keep the fob safe as you will need it during entire stay for entrance to the complex. The fobs are very expensive to replace, therefore if it is lost during your stay you will be responsible for the replacement fee of $60. If the garage opener fob is lost or broken, a $120 replacement fee will be applied as well
Note: for guest with parties of 6 I have a pull out couch that sleeps up to two extra linens will be provided for your convenience
