The kitchen features a large peninsula with seating for 5, stove, microwave, dishwasher, side by side fridge and Keurig. Several covered outdoor seating areas are perfect for gathering, while taking in the lake views, playing games in the washer pit or cooking on the gas grill. The dock features a nighttime green in-water fishing light. Dock has owners boat stored on it but you can tie up on the sides of the dock. The living area with a flat screen TV, 2 large sofas and 6 person dining table also has a single love seat sleeper sofa. The sitting area has a pull out sleeper sofa to accommodate extra guests. Relax in the spacious master King bedroom with walk out porch and en suite bathroom with a walk in shower and a separate bath tub. The second King master bedroom also features a built in flat screen, TV, patio access and an en suite bathroom with dual vanity and shower. The third private bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and located just beside a spacious 3 piece bathroom with shower. The house has satellite TV and WIFI. A washer and dryer is also available onsite. Only minutes from Possum Kingdom State park and a 20-25 minute boat ride to Hells Gate.
