The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a center island that looks out into the gorgeous backyard. Occupying a separate wing of the home, the spacious master bedroom has a bathtub, walk-in shower, and a views overlooking the awe-inspiring hills and surrounding trees. Outside, the splendid backyard with an elongated pool is watched over by an open California room with a built-in bar and flat screen tv.

San Clemente has one of the few pedestrian piers in Orange County and is equally situated between Los Angeles and San Diego just north of Camp Pendleton.

The neighboring town of Dana Point is just a few minutes north of San Clemente and offers one of the only two harbors along the Orange County coast.
