Minutes to JPL, Old Town, Huntington Library, Norton Simon Museum, and Caltech. Downtown L.A. 25 minutes by car/Gold Line Metro.
Pets are an additional $15/pet/day. Stays over 28 days and events require a short-term contract. Only daytimes events allowed with no more than 30 guests with an additional fee.
One full bath with body jets and a bench in the shower. Kitchen with Keurig and espresso machine. Owners live part-time in the house and some items are stored in the Master bedroom and third bedroom (not available to renters).

Summary: My wife, myself and our older son (lives in metro Atlanta) visited our youngest son who lives in Los Angeles. We needed a place to stay during our visit. We reviewed several dozen places and decided to stay here based on the convenience to our sons apartment, the pictures in the VRBO listing and the reviews that other people had left. We really liked the place. Being from Atlanta where the afternoon temperatures and humidity during the Summer make it almost unbearable to lounge outside - we were very pleasantly surprised how comfortable both the temperatures and the outdoor furniture provided by this home. We also enjoyed not only the indoor furnishings but the available entertainment options. The place was located well for our needs and even though it was near the freeway - we did not notice any freeway noise. We did not really need much from the host (Rosa) but when we did contact her - she was very quick to return our inquiries (both before and during our stay) and her responses were always helpful and to the point.
