This classic chalet cabin has all of the comforts of home with the bonus of mountain serenity, on a level lot in the quiet subdivision of Big Trees Village in Dorrington! With 1632 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a loft, there's space for the whole family to spread out, with a deck off of the living room to enjoy the serenity of the Sierras. A wood stove, plus central heating will keep you warm and toasty during those snowy winter nights! Smart TV in living room includes Xfinity cable as well as the ability to sign in to all of your favorite streaming services.
This cabin offers two bedrooms on the main floor, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. The upstairs bedroom has two sets of twin size bunkbeds, a full bathroom and two retro arcade game consoles, making it a perfect kids paradise! Both bathrooms have tubs and showers.
The open living room and dining area is a comfortable and relaxing space for the family to gather, with a TV with standard cable service (plus a few upgraded channels) and a streaming device that you can log into. A wall-unit air conditioner is located in the living space as well. The dining table seats 6 and the breakfast bar has three additional chairs. A fully stocked kitchen even includes a Keurig coffee machine! Washer/dryer available for guest use.
The lovely deck off of the living room gives plenty of space to sit and enjoy your coffee in the morning. The propane barbecue is perfect for outdoor cookouts. 2 Night minimum, 3-4 Night minimum during holidays. Bed Linens and Towels Provided. Outdoor security cameras are not operable.
Important Details to Note: Tenant must be at least 25 years old. This cabin is pet friendly - there is a $200 refundable pet deposit and $25 per pet non-refundable pet fee - 2 dog maximum. (please include in your reservation notes how many pets you're bringing). Property management will contact tenant by their preferred method of communication (personal email, text, etc.) to send a required rental agreement, check-in instructions, etc. Where applicable, payment can be made by check.
