Fully furnished, with well stocked kitchen, linens, towels, and new washer/dryer located in house. Three bedrooms, with 1-1/2 baths--1 bath with shower downstairs, + 1/2 bath upstairs. Large, furnished, very private covered patio/ outdoor room also includes a Sundance spa. Great location in a quiet, Santa Ynez neighborhood that's popular with dog walkers and horses. About a mile to the unique shops and restaurants in Santa Ynez. Weekly spa service, whole house generator, and Starlink internet are also included along with all utilities, linens, etc Our remodeled, designer furnished cottage is perfect for one-four adults, and is available to lease short or long term, with 30 day minimum. One king bedroom, one queen bedroom, with the 3rd bedroom set up for TV room, or working at home. Only one dog might be considered with long term lease, and $200 monthly pet fee. Private 10 x 12 storage shed can also be included if needed. Good credit and verifiable long term income required for 1-12 month leases. Monthly rate is $3600 + utilities
