This COZY, SUNNY, 1 Bedroom 600 sq Ft space is furnidhed and kitchen is fully stocked. The french doors exit to a partially covered patio, fenced yard with garden, BBQ, and eating area. Cozy, Comfy.

This is a small community inside the larger city of Ventura. It has the laid back beach feel. It is located between the Marina and the Harbor. You can take a bike ride to the Harbor or Beach , walk to Starbucks, Coffee shop, market, restaurants, yogurt, fresh fish etc. Drive to Main Street for shopping or dining. Antique shops and thrift stores line Main street. Beautiful Santa Barbara is less than 30 minutes away for more fabulous restauraunts and lots and lots of shopping. Solvang is up the coast a beautiful 1 hour drive, right next to wine country in Los Olivos, with dozens of boutique wine tasting rooms. Golf courses are located in several of the cities nearby. Or just stay in your beach cottage and relax. It's all available and up to you at Pierpont Beach in Ventura. We pay for cleaning.
