Master bedroom sits downstairs with en suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs you’ll find 2 large bedrooms one with a queen sized bed and the other with a queen as well and daybed and trundle. There is a second living room/loft area as well with sleeper sofa and full bathroom. Downstairs you’ll find another half bathroom, large living room with French doors leading to the expansive deck, dining area off of the kitchen and separate laundry room. This home really has it all.

The Lake Almanor West Community has so much to offer. Walk down to the lake via the boat launch area or through the community recreation center. The rec area has a large playground for the kids, bocce ball courts, a volleyball & basketball court, picnic tables and bbq's, beach area with roped off swimming area, places to kayak and paddle board, large grass area for yard games and more!
