Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, safe place to stay.
Enjoy our home in a gated community, with just a short, 2-block walk to the pool, jacuzzi, and kids pool. In the backyard, enjoy two fire pits, a bbq, gorgeous views, and more.
In the home, enjoy our spacious master bedroom with huge tub and 2 walk-in closets. Full office downstairs, spin bike, and even a full size Asteroids game!!
We're 15mins from Laguna Beach, and lots of restaurants nearby. Best neighbors ever too!!
The space
Our 3,400 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms, but we converted the downstairs bedroom into a gorgeous office. The 3 upstairs bedrooms include a huge master with gorgeous views from the patio and enormous tub. The 2nd bedroom is a lovely Queen-bed with a patio. The 3rd bedroom is a trundle bed so 2 kids can sleep in their own beds.
The laundry room is huge with a new washer and large LG dryer. It's pretty amazing.
Our outside bbq has an attached bar/seating area, with a firepit in the bar-- very cool! And another outdoor area has beautiful views, 2 large umbrellas, and a fire pit to hang out in the evening. Plus two fountains give some water-flowing background noise.
Best of all, we're on a cul-de-sac in a gated community so it is safe and minimal traffic on the street. The community pool, jacuzzi, and park are two blocks away. And, you can get to Laguna Beach in 15 mins, or the 5 freeway in 10 mins!
